Basic Information Custom process controllers are manufactured to order according to customer's specification. Controllers can be made as DIN rail units, standalone boxes or PCB boards that can be fixed inside control box. Depending on complexity of the design, custom controller will be based on 8 bit (PIC, AVR, x51), 16 bit (DsPic, MSP430) or 32 bit (ARM) microcontroller. Our standard libraries of In/Out functions includes: - Parallel TTL , relay , open collector, optoisolated - Power / high current including PWM - analog 0-10V or current 0-20mA - fast counters Our library of communication protocols includes: - RS232, RS422, RS485 - CAN family with CanOpen and DeviceNet - TCP/IP over Ethernet or PPP - GSM modem, NMEA GPS - USB - Bill validator protocols from both Gaming and Vending industry including MDB, V2.2, ID 003, Hilevel, Pulse, V1 Custom Process Controllers can be equipped with wide selection of input/output devices such as LED or LCD graphical display, matrix keyboard, Power PWM, fast timers, GSM, GPS, analog modem, xDSL modem, Smart card reader, magnetic card reader thermal printer and many more.
