Pricing
Elitel reserve the right to change a price without notice. If the price is corrected due to some reasons the customer will be informed of the correction before proceeding with payment and reserves the right to cancel the order. Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-ordered products are valid for 7 days after the order is placed. If the price changes when stock becomes available customer will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

Regarding the European Union rules, all orders from corporate customers, crossing EU internal states` borders must be taxed with VAT at the receiving site. Ivoice will be enclosed with the shipment to confirm that TAX has not been charged. For all customers outside Europe no TAX is charged.

All orders from Poland and delivered within Poland will be charged with 22% VAT determined by EU and polish laws for customers. Invoice will be enclosed with the shipment to confirm that VAT tax has been charged.

Some countries may charge import duties at the point of delivery which may be collected by the courier. Elitel have no control over it and is not liable for such duties.
Oder acceptance/cancellation
The Elitel reserves the right to cancel orders at any time. E-mail notification will be sent to your e-mail adress provided during registration. The Elitel assume no liability for issues resulting from such cancellations, or e-mail notification failure.
Payments and Stock Availability

Customer will bear all the bank transfer charges and all other additional bank fees if needed. Elitel will investigate all transactions carefully to prevent possible fraud.

All direct transferes must be prepaid within 7 days after the order is placed and confirmation is recieved. Otherwise Elitel may cancel the order without any notice.

If any product ordered is out of stock from the supplier the customer will be notified and offered replacement or opportunity to cancel the order.

The product will leave our office within period listed on the product page after receiving your order.

If an incorrect adress has been given with the order Elitel reserve the right to charge for extra carriage costs.

Shipment will be done by DPD road transport within EU or Express Mail Service elsewhere.

Shipment to Countries where EMS can not deliver will be charged extra cost according to alternative carrier.

If your order fail to arrive within 30 days after confirmation you may request a replacement shipment.
